We are a Christian Sports Ministry competitive and performance jump rope team. Our focus is to grow each other in Christ through the sport of Jump Rope.

-Club: Intended for the introduction into jump rope. -Performance: Advanced team that exhibit the vast skills in jump rope through parades, half time shows, school performances and other venues. -Competition: Advanced team the competes at local, regional, national and international competitions.

We typically recommend a starting age of 7 years but can evaluate at a case by case basis depending on the child's focus and developmental abilities. We welcome adults with no upper limit on age.

Club: $120 per season ( Aug-April/May timeframe)Performance team: An additional $30. Competition team: An additional $50

We are blessed to have multiple factors that allows for the low cost.We have a wonderful church that provides the gym space to One Jump Ahead at no additional cost. An approximate savings of $15,000-$30,000 per year. We have two coaches that volunteer their expertise and time on and off the court. An approximately savings of $40,000 - $60,000 per year. We have amazing advanced team athletes that volunteer their time to teach club (a tremendous value).We have amazing parents/volunteers that help in many valuable ways (a tremendous value).We have an amazing God (a value beyond the limits of words) :-)

As we are a non-profit team, our costs are not able to be prorated since they cover the basic expenses of the team.

Club: From 4-5 pm on Tuesdays. Club is taught by the advanced team on the direction of the coaches. Advanced team: Tuesdays from 5-6:30pm and Thursdays from 4-6:30 pm.

Club and performance team: Starts the first week of the start of the district 20 school season (Typically Aug) and extends to about March timeframe. Competition team: Starts at the same time as Club and extends further into the competition season (typically June - July).

- Pikes Peak Pinnacle (hosted by OJA in April)- Junior Olympics (athletes must qualify through a qualifier competition such as the Pikes Peak Pinnacle. - Sometimes we would participate in 1-3 other competitions depending on the year.

Club: No. Performance: Taking athlete to and from performance sites. Competition: Taking athlete to and from competitions. Additionally, each athlete will need to provide a volunteer to learn to judge in the sport. Coach Lindsey and Coach Kameel will provide judge training.
